Welcome to Simple Sleep. At ANJI, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application (the "App") collects, uses, and shares your information.

2. Information We Collect

a. Health Data (Apple HealthKit)

Our App integrates with Apple's HealthKit to read and write sleep analysis data. We request permission to:

  • Read your sleep data to visualize and analyze your sleep patterns within the App.
  • Write sleep analysis data to the Health app based on your manual tracking or timer usage.

This health data is processed locally on your device. We do not store your health data on external servers, and we do not sell your health data to third parties.

b. Advertising Data

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. Google AdMob may collect and use information about your device and your use of the App to show personalized ads. This may include:

  • Device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, AAID)
  • Approximate location data
  • Usage data

c. Purchase Information

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. When you make a purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple (App Store). We do not receive or store your credit card or sensitive payment information. RevenueCat may collect anonymous identifiers to validate your subscription status.

d. Local Storage

We use local storage on your device to save your App preferences and settings. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide the core functionality of the App (tracking and analyzing sleep).
  • To display advertisements through Google AdMob.
  • To process and manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
  • To improve the App's performance and user experience.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party service providers like Google (for ads) and RevenueCat (for purchases) who assist us in operating the App.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Retention

Your health data is stored in the Apple Health app and locally on your device. You can manage or delete your health data directly through the Apple Health app. App preferences stored locally can be deleted by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Since we do not operate a backend server for user data, your health and personal information stays on your device or within the secure Apple ecosystem.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page or within the App. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
