1. Agreement

These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and ANJI, LLC ("Developer," "we," or "us") for your use of the Libraprox application and VPN services. By installing or using Libraprox, you agree to these terms.

2. License and Support

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use Libraprox on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's applicable usage rules. ANJI, LLC is responsible for maintenance and support; Apple has no obligation to provide those services.

3. Acceptable Use

Use Libraprox only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to:

• Conduct hacking, port scanning, spamming, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorized intrusion.
• Distribute unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing material.
• Attempt to bypass security features, exploit vulnerabilities, or degrade service for other users.

We may suspend access for violations of these terms or behavior that threatens the service or its users.

4. Subscriptions

Premium features, if offered, are billed and managed through the Apple App Store. Apple controls payment processing, renewals, and cancellation under its applicable terms.

5. Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Libraprox is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. VPN availability and performance can vary by network, location, device, and third-party infrastructure. We are not responsible for losses arising from unlawful use, unsupported devices, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
